Business analyst & Project Manager

Position: We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Level Business Analyst with a strong background in project management to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and managing projects to implement solutions that drive business value for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of client business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and develop project plans and timelines.
• Utilize project management methodologies and tools to plan, execute, and monitor project activities, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements, capture feedback, and communicate project status and updates.
• Develop comprehensive business requirements documents, process maps, use cases, and other relevant artifacts to support project delivery.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, testers, and subject matter experts to ensure successful project implementation.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing issues, resolving conflicts, and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and assessments to evaluate project outcomes, measure performance against success criteria, and identify opportunities for further improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business analysis and project management, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our methodologies and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and concise documentation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Experience working in a consulting environment is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.
